Job Summary

Experienced Print and Imaging Solutions Specialist with expertise in Canon MFPs, production printers, and document workflow solutions. Skilled in installation, configuration, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking, and print infrastructure issues. Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, print servers, network printing, and device security management.

Strong experience in providing L2/L3 technical support, managing firmware upgrades, monitoring printer fleets, and supporting document management applications. Proven ability to lead deployments, ensure SLA compliance, coordinate with OEM support teams, and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Canon multifunction printers (MFPs), production printers, and scanning solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and printing-related issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and health checks on Canon devices.
Manage firmware upgrades, device configurations, and security settings.
Provide L2/L3 technical support for enterprise customers.
Analyze system logs and diagnose complex technical issues.
Coordinate with OEM support teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Support print management solutions and document workflow applications.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
Lead technical projects, migrations, and deployment activities.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of Canon MFPs, production printers, and imaging solutions.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Print Servers, and Network Printing.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP, and network troubleshooting.
Experience in printer fleet management and device monitoring tools.
Knowledge of scan-to-email, scan workflows, document management systems, and security policies.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
