Key Responsibilities
Skill Requirements
- Monitor and support IT infrastructure components related to networks, virtualization, cloud, servers, storage, and backups.
- Evaluate and triage IT infrastructure events
- Perform - and document - complex troubleshooting of IT infrastructure events
- Monitor planned IT infrastructure changes
- Co-ordinate Incident resolution within IT infrastructure operations
- Co-ordinate IT infrastructure troubleshooting with specialist teams.
- Issue escalations via established processes
- Produce priority event reports
- Tools knowledge - Experience in using Monitoring Tools Like Datadog, SCOM and ITSM tool like ServiceNow will be added advantage
- Troubleshooting Experience- Ability to utilize Standard Operating Procedures and KB articles for 1st level troubleshooting and follow escalation procedures for any additional technical support

Must-haves (minimum requirements):
- Post-secondary education in Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Science
- A Microsoft, Cisco, or Juniper Certifications (MCSE, Azure, AWS, CCNA, JNCIA, etc.) – Candidate should have good knowledge of Network & Server Operations at a minimum

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:
- You will work out of Calgary office – This position is Work from office and not hybrid
- Shifts may include both “Monday to Friday” and “4-on-4-off” and schedules in a 24/7 and 365 days/year operational setting – Mostly it will be Monday to Friday Shifts but request flexibility from candidates to accommodate “4-on-4-off” schedules occasionally based on business requirements
