Job Summary

Senior Product Owner / Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Looking for a senior Product Owner with 8–10 years of experience, demonstrating strong ownership and proven expertise in Investments and data platforms, who can effectively bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive product delivery.

Skill Requirements

Must Have Skills:
•  Strong ownership mindset — drives scope, priorities, and delivery end to end
•  Experience working in data platforms / data engineering ecosystems (e.g., lakehouse, reporting, data pipelines)
•  Solid Investments domain understanding (e.g., fixed income, portfolios, positions, pricing, trades)
•  Ability to translate business and data requirements into clear, actionable work for engineering teams (artifacts such as data mapping, lineage, data dictionary)
•  Comfortable managing cross-team dependencies across Investments, Finance, and Risk
•  Focus on outcomes and closure — able to move work forward in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
