Job Summary

The Lead Business Analyst specializing in Business Process Modelling is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves identifying areas for improvement, designing new processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Techno‑Functional Users (Policy Administration Specialists) – 2 Users

Role Purpose

Execute end‑to‑end Life & Accident policy administration processes, combining business expertise with system usage (NAVision).

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform policy servicing, alterations, and terminations
  • Handle premium processing, dunning, and collections activities
  • Process claims and benefit payouts (Life & Accident)
  • Execute manual postings, corrections, and transaction updates in NAV
  • Perform monthly and periodic activities (billing, indexation, reconciliations)
  • Manage customer communication and operational documentation
  • Handle exceptions and non‑standard cases in a manual environment
  • Support audit, reporting, and validation activities

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong Life & Accident insurance domain knowledge
  • High proficiency in process execution (53 work instructions)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (user level)
  • Ability to handle manual processes and event‑driven workload

Other Requirements

Role Characteristics

  • High workload ownership (majority of operations)
  • Predominantly Adhoc + Monthly activities
  • Strong dependency on experience and business judgment
