Lead Business Analyst - Data Analysis, Agile methodology

Job Summary

eArchive SME will act as functional and technical liaison between cross functional teams for execution of projects. Will be responsible for requirements, documentation and leading the archival project towards completion. Project scope includes the structured and unstructured content archival from file systems, databases, SharePoint, and diversified sources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of archiving platforms - OpenText/ Content Manager.
  • Should have strong expertise in data transformation technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and revise User requirements, Functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for software installations.
  • Experience with determining, documenting, tracking requirements and changes to business processes.
  • Knowledge of data archival processes and data management tools.
  • Support communication and validation of requirements with stakeholders and identified SMEs.
  • Prepare documentation by documenting “as is” and developing the “to be state” according to business area need.
  • Work with company cross-functional representatives to ensure necessary readiness for releases. Assist management and staff to implement changes.
  • Ensure GxP compliance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as per Biotech industry standards.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.

Skill Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Pharma/ Biotech industry is preferred.
  • Ability to learn technical details of archival implementation.
  • Good oral and written communication, listening and facilitation skills needed.
  • Good documentation - GxP documentation skills preferred.
  • Solid PC skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in teams and independently.
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
