As a Data Scientist in the SW Program & Quality organization, you will play a key role in transforming complex and large-scale datasets into actionable insights that drive improvements in software reliability, product performance, and customer satisfaction.
You will analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities, enabling proactive quality strategies and data-driven decision-making across software development and system safety domains.
In this role, you will:
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies that impact product and process performance
- Integrate and correlate data from multiple sources such as vehicle data, diagnostics, telemetry, and external datasets
- Apply advanced analytical techniques including statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling
- Perform forecasting and predictive analysis to support proactive quality initiatives
- Explore and analyze contextual data such as environmental conditions and usage patterns
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with software development and quality teams to turn insights into actionable improvements
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of analytical methods, tools, and data science practices within the organization

You bring:
- Experience in data science, data analysis, or a similar analytical role
- Strong skills in handling large and complex datasets, including data cleaning, structuring, and transformation
- Solid knowledge of statistics and analytical methods
- Experience with data science tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or similar
- Experience with machine learning and AI techniques for pattern recognition, prediction, and trend analysis
- Ability to develop and apply data models and analytical frameworks to solve complex problems
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Skill Requirements

- Knowledge of software development processes
