Job Summary

Job Description 

Technical Business Analyst is responsible for understanding customer and business requirements, designing effective solutions, and facilitating the successful adoption of platform services and integrations. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure seamless onboarding and implementation experiences. 

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and understand business and technical requirements. 
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and business teams to drive successful solution adoption. 
• Design scalable and practical solutions that align with business needs and platform capabilities. 
• Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and process-related issues throughout the onboarding lifecycle. 
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. 
• Provide guidance and technical consultation to stakeholders during onboarding and adoption activities.
