Job Summary
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Lead Business Analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in healthcare technology consulting, Contact Center analysis with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights, optimizing business processes, and enabling strategic decision-making across clinical and commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to healthcare stakeholders and internal sales teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions.
- Design and implement analytics solutions to support Contact Center, Sales Analytics, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales trends, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and sales operations to deliver scalable solutions.
- Analyze healthcare data (KPIF, Medicare, Medicaid etc.) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
- Provide insights to optimize sales targeting, territory planning, and customer segmentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance standards.
- Support the implementation of CRM systems, data integration platforms, and analytics tools
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, with significant exposure to healthcare organizations.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and analytics roles, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Data Bricks), Excel, and Power BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Other Requirements
1.Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.
Compensation Data
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $115,000 a year
Pay Range Maximum: $139,000 a year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
