Job Summary

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Lead Business Analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of experience in healthcare technology consulting, Contact Center analysis with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights, optimizing business processes, and enabling strategic decision-making across clinical and commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to healthcare stakeholders and internal sales teams, translating business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Design and implement analytics solutions to support Contact Center, Sales Analytics, customer engagement, and market expansion strategies.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales trends, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, data engineering, and sales operations to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Analyze healthcare data (KPIF, Medicare, Medicaid etc.) to identify patterns, opportunities, and risks.
  • Provide insights to optimize sales targeting, territory planning, and customer segmentation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and data governance standards.
  • Support the implementation of CRM systems, data integration platforms, and analytics tools

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, with significant exposure to healthcare organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis and analytics roles, preferably supporting sales or commercial teams.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (Data Bricks), Excel, and Power BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Other Requirements

1.Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) are a plus.

Compensation Data

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $115,000 a year

Pay Range Maximum: $139,000 a year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
