Job Summary

Role Summary
Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating workforce management requirements into UKG Pro WFM (Kronos) solutions. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand workforce management needs (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence, Accruals)
Gather and document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose UKG best-practice solutions
Configure or support configuration of UKG modules (Time & Attendance, Scheduler, Absence Management)
Support integration requirements (interfaces with HRMS, payroll, external systems)
Drive UAT planning, execution, and sign-off
Analyze defects, production issues, and support AMS enhancements
Prepare functional specifications, BRDs, FSDs, SOPs
Engage in client discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs
Support change requests, backlog grooming, and release planning
Required Skills
Strong experience in UKG Pro WFM / Kronos
Functional knowledge of:







Timekeeping
Scheduling
Absence Management
Accruals
Experience in workforce processes (HR / Payroll integration)
Good understanding of interfaces / integrations (API, middleware like Boomi/Workato – optional)
Experience in AMS / production support model
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Retail / Manufacturing workforce environments (e.g., IKEA AMS context)
Knowledge of Legion WFM (good to have)
Experience in multi-country deployments (EU/APAC/US)
Certification in UKG Pro WFM / Kronos
Experience
5+ years of experience in UKG / Kronos functional BA role
