Job Summary
HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Healthcare Business Analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
2. To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions.
3. To participate and facilitate the walkthrough’ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
4. To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
5. Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
Skill Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated success in large migration or transformation engagements
- Strong Healthcare domain experience
- Proven experience supporting platform or system migrations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience working in complex, multi-team environments
Other Requirements
- Exposure to SQL, Tableau or similar telephony/contact center platforms
- Experience working within a call center or contact center domain
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, compliance, and regulatory considerations
Compensation Data
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $115,000 to year
Pay Range Maximum: $139,000 to year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year
