Job Summary

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who can bridge business needs with data-driven insights and ensure product quality. This role combines Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities, requiring collaboration across stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Analysis
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement reviews
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

🔹 Data Analytics
• Analyze large datasets to generate business insights and trends
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Support decision-making using analytical findings

🔹 Quality Assurance (QA)
• Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA/ADO
• Ensure product quality meets business requirements and standards
• Work closely with developers to resolve issues

• Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering & documentation
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Experience in manual testing & QA processes
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Tools & Technologies
• BA Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio
• Data Tools: SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Python (optional)
• QA Tools: Selenium (optional), TestRail, JIRA
• Others: Agile/Scrum frameworks

Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or QA roles
• Experience in cross-functional projects (BA + QA + Data) is highly preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to multitask across roles
• Analytical mindset with business acumen

Nice-to-Have
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman)
• Exposure to automation testing
• Domain knowledge (Banking, Healthcare, Retail, etc.)
• Experience with data warehousing concepts
