Job Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support product development and decision-making through data research, product analysis, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations to analyze product performance, gather insights, document requirements, and help drive data-backed product improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Analysis Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and feature performance to generate actionable insights. Track key product metrics such as adoption, retention, engagement, conversion, and churn. Support product strategy by identifying gaps, improvement areas, and business opportunities. Conduct competitive analysis and benchmark product capabilities against market trends. Translate business requirements into measurable product outcomes. 2. Data Research & Insights Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources to support product decisions. Perform quantitative and qualitative research to understand user needs and market dynamics. Create reports, dashboards, and periodic analysis for stakeholders. Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in user and product data. Support A/B testing, feature analysis, and post-release performance evaluations. 3. Technical Documentation Prepare and maintain product documentation including BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, user stories, workflows, and process notes. Document product features, release notes, system behavior, and business rules. Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity and completeness. Maintain traceability of requirements, changes, and feature updates. Ensure documentation is structured, accurate, and aligned with business and technical expectations. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Business Analysts, and business users. Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and document discussions effectively. Present analysis findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Support cross-functional teams during product planning, development, and rollout. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience in product analysis, business analysis, data research, or product operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of product lifecycle management and requirement documentation. Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar reporting tools. Experience in preparing technical and functional documents. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interpret data and convert findings into business recommendations. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Preferred Skills: Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Notion. Understandin
