Job Summary

To bridge the gap between the business and technical teams| analyze and document business requirements| suggest innovative design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement. Experiance in Salesforce

  • Expertise in one or multiples of → Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, and LWC
  • Expertise in one or multiple domains of → Banking (retail, commercial, investment, mortgage lending and servicing), Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management
  • Able to map banking capabilties in vertical and horizontal services

Key Responsibilities

1. To conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
2. To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions.
3. To participate and facilitate the walkthrough’ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
4. To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
5. Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.

Skill Requirements

  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
  • Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
  • Comes with retail banking experience and able to map capabilties onto salesforce finanacial serviec cloud (FSC)
  • Working closely with our customers to understand the current business processes at a detailed level.
  • Participating in discussions with various levels of customer’s IT business stakeholders.
  • Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
  • Defining user journeys and personas
  • Gathering functional Requirements and Non-Functional Requirements and maintaining traceability matrix
  • Driving UAT and test scripts
  • Technical Writing, Decision Making & Problem Solving
  • Support the Project Implementation

 

Other Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce experience with strong leadership and influence skills
  • Translating business requirements into solutions by understanding needs, feasibility and impact,
  • Demonstrates ability to influence business unit leads to meet project objectives.
  • With Agile delivery experience, leading business and functional requirements definition, prioritization/scoping of requirements, perform functional testing on the deliverables.
  • Can use business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for respective streams of work
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Sales cloud consultant certification preferred.
  • Should have worked on Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Should have experience in Service Cloud Knowledge Management
  • Thorough knowledge of profiles, roles, permission sets, role hierarchy, OWD.
  • Demonstrates track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise.
  • Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and estimations.
  • Ability to conduct UAT training, create UAT test scripts and run E2E UAT and SIT sessions.
  • Strong knowledge in Salesforce Product features and ability to configure and run POC demos with business.
  • Good Problem Solving and analytical skills with good Story telling skills. Gather and write CRM functional requirements stories
  • Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project and own the design.
  • Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story, review solutions and recommend improvements
  • Good Understanding of Integrations, Authentication mechanisms and deployment processes.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, internally, through customers and third parties​
  • Designing technical and non-technical solutions to resolve a problem or meet customer need.
  • Understanding solution architecture documents
  • Understanding different integration methods
  • Ability to run workshops with concerned stakeholders
