Lead Business Analyst

Job Summary

•Power Platform specialist supporting report development and process automation
•Pairs with Sergio Montes to ensure coverage and delivery capacity across workstreams
•Embedded in the Anglo American Peru IT team on an on-demand basis

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reports
•Build and support Power Apps for internal business users
•Implement Power Automate flows aligned with approved process designs
•Support UAT and change management activities for Power Platform releases
•Ensure report accuracy, data refresh reliability and user access management

Skill Requirements

•Power BI – report development and workspace management
•Power Apps – solution development and testing
•Power Automate – flow design and monitoring
•Attention to detail and structured approach to testing
•Fluent Spanish; English working level
