Job Summary

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with AEM Migration experience to support enterprise-scale website and digital content transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, content teams, architects, developers, and project managers to facilitate the successful migration of websites and digital assets into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).The candidate should possess strong business analysis skills, experience in content management systems (CMS), digital marketing platforms, and a solid understanding of migration methodologies, content governance, and digital customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementGather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for AEM migration projects.Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.Facilitate requirement validation and sign-off processes.AEM Migration Planning & ExecutionAssess existing CMS platforms and identify migration requirements.Perform content inventory and content mapping analysis.Define migration scope, content transformation rules, and migration strategies.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful migration of content, assets, templates, and components.Support cutover planning and post-migration validation activities.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary communication bridge between business users and technical teams.Work closely with Marketing, Content Authors, Product Owners, UX teams, and Development teams.Present project updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to stakeholders.Process & DocumentationCreate and maintain:Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaProcess Flow DiagramsContent Mapping DocumentsMigration Readiness AssessmentsSupport UAT planning, execution, and defect management.Quality Assurance & Testing SupportDefine acceptance criteria and business validation scenarios.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and content verification activities.Ensure migrated content meets business, compliance, and accessibility requirements.Required SkillsBusiness AnalysisStrong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Proficiency in creating business process models and user stories.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Experience working on AEM migration projects (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).Understanding of:AEM SitesAEM AssetsTemplatesComponentsContent FragmentsExperience FragmentsDigital Asset Management (DAM)Familiarity with content authoring workflows and publishing processes.Migration ExperienceCMS migration experience from platforms such as:WordPressSitecoreDrupalSharePointVeeva CMSCustom CMS platformsContent inventory analysis and migration mapping.Data validation and reconciliation experience.Documentation & CommunicationExcellent presentation and communication skills.Ability to interact with executive stakeholders and technical teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.Adobe Experience Manager exposure or Adobe certification is a plus.Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Retail, or Financial Services industries.Experience with GDPR, Accessibility (WCAG), and content governance frameworks.Nice-to-Have SkillsAEM Headless CMS understanding.Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform exposure.SEO migratio

Key Responsibilities

1. To conduct in-depth analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
2. To analyze available options, considering feasibility, cost, and alignment with business requirements and suggest solutions.
3. To participate and facilitate the walkthrough’ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
4. To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements
5. Tackle complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
