Job Summary

SAP VIM Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) s

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyse business requirements for invoice processing.Configure SAP OpenText VIM components:
  • Inbound invoice processing
  • Invoice capture/OCR integration
  • Approval workflows
  • Exception handling
  • Document posting
Design and implement workflow approvals and escalation processes.Integrate VIM with SAP FI, MM, Workflow, Ariba, and other applications.Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, and Go-Live support.Troubleshoot production issues and optimise invoice-processing performance.Create functional specifications and documentation.
