Job Summary

To lead or be a part of the project team to develop / implement the solution/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality for HCM Payrol Lead

Key Responsibilities

As part of the HCL consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. 
Accountable for all Payroll-related deliverables across the project in the following on SAP EC Payroll solution. 
Lead technical and functional discussions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (UK Specifically) and SAP HCM Payroll for US,APAC, ANZ or EMEA (Or Any European Countries). 
Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. 
Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. 
Responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. 
Responsible for ensuring operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. 
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems. 
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate. 
Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available. 
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions. 
One or two industry domain knowledge and Client Interfacing skills 

 

Skill Requirements

Qualification required- B. Tech/B.E./MBA/MCA/BBA/BCA
Minimum 5 -8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll 
Experience in minimum 2 End to End SAP SF EC Payroll implementations – for each of these phases’ requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing, data migration. 
Experience/Working Knowledge of SAP Activate, ASAP and Solution Manager 
At least 5 years of experience in implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll for US,APAC, ANZ or EMEA (Or Any European Countries 
Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll. 
Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, specifically, in HR processes for Payroll and Time. 
Understand integration technologies within the SAP eco-system and platforms. 
Experienced supporting HR in the execution of Payroll in either SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (preferred) or SAP HCM Payroll. 
SF Integration knowledge would be a plus 
Experienced working within a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization in major global companies. 
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English with the ability to engage across different seniority levels. 
Demonstrates effective and timely decision-makings with strong conflict resolution/intervention skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
