Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Legion WFM Lead Consultant to lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Legion Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in workforce scheduling, labor optimization, compliance, and cloud-based SaaS platforms. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored WFM solutions that drive operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
"Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and translate them into system design and configurations.
• Configure Legion modules including forecasting, scheduling, time & attendance, labor compliance, and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, IT) to ensure seamless integration.
• Deliver user training sessions and develop documentation for administrators and end-users.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system stabilization.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Legion WFM or similar workforce management platforms.
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and scheduling best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS solutions and enterprise system integrations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
