Job Summary

JD for the Salesforce Developers: 


The ideal candidate will combine:

  • Strong Salesforce platform expertise
  • Deep understanding of corporate banking journeys
  • Experience in onboarding, KYC/screening, and digital channel integration

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to solution design, architecture, and execution for large-scale banking programs.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Banking & Domain Expertise

  • Understand and design corporate banking journeys, including:
    • Corporate customer onboarding
    • KYC / AML / customer screening flows
    • Account lifecycle and servicing journeys
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions

Salesforce & CRM Solutioning

  • Design and implement solutions using:
    • Salesforce (FSC preferred) / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
  • Configure and customize CRM workflows aligned with banking processes
  • Enable 360° customer view across onboarding, servicing, and compliance

Digital Channels & Integration

  • Work on integration of Salesforce with:
    • Internet banking platforms
    • Mobile banking applications
    • Core banking and third-party compliance systems
  • Drive end-to-end orchestration across CRM, channels, and backend systems

Workflow & Platform Integration

  • Design workflow integration between:
    • CRM (Salesforce)
    • Banking platforms (core, lending, compliance tools)
  • Support implementation of automated onboarding and screening workflows

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Interface with:
    • Business teams (product, operations)
    • Technology teams (engineering, integration, architecture)
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT

Solutioning & Delivery

  • Contribute to:
    • Solution architecture (high-level and detailed design)
    • Pre-sales / RFP responses (if required)
  • Support creation of scalable, reusable digital banking components

Skill Requirements

Candidate Profile (Must Have)

Experience

  • 5–15 years (flexible based on seniority levels)
  • Strong experience in Salesforce + Banking domain

Core Skills

  • Salesforce (FSC / CRM / platform capabilities)
  • Corporate Banking domain knowledge
  • Customer onboarding and KYC/screening processes
  • Digital banking channels (web/mobile)

Functional Expertise

  • Corporate onboarding journeys
  • Customer lifecycle management
  • CRM-driven banking workflows
  • Compliance and screening flows (KYC, AML)

Technical Understanding

  • CRM integration with:
    • Core banking systems
    • Digital channels
    • Third-party tools (compliance, onboarding, etc.)
  • API-based integrations and workflow orchestration (preferred)

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder communication
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous / evolving scope environments

 

Good to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Experience in solution architecture or business analysis roles
  • Exposure to large banking transformation programs
  • Experience in agile delivery / squad-based models
