Job Summary
Hands-on experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) application development.
Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) using Node.js or Java.
Experience in designing data models using Core Data Services (CDS) and exposing OData services.
Development and deployment of cloud-native applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry
Experience with SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), and Git-based development.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 integration with CAP applications.
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and external systems using APIs, destinations, and SAP Integration Suite.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, XSUAA, multitenancy, and SAP BTP security concepts.
Familiarity with SAP Clean Core extensibility using BTP and CAP-based side-by-side extensions.
Key Responsibilities
Custom Application Development
- Build cloud-native applications on SAP BTP.
- Develop business applications using Node.js or Java or any other programming language.
- Create domain models using CDS (Core Data Services).
- Design entities, associations, compositions, and business objects.
API & Service Development
- Develop OData and REST services.
- Expose business data for SAP Fiori, SAP Mobile Apps, and external systems.
