Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior PowerApps Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 integrations, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Design and develop enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps).
  • Build and maintain automated business processes using Power Automate.
  • Design scalable and reusable solutions leveraging Dataverse, SharePoint Online, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise systems through REST APIs, Custom Connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and other Azure services.
  • Review and optimize solution architecture for performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
  • Drive application modernization and automation initiatives.

 

Application Maintenance & Support

  • Analyse and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues within SLA commitments.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Handle enhancement requests, change requests, and technical debt remediation.
  • Ensure high application availability, reliability, and user satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and Power Platform best practices.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and design discussions.
  • Define development standards, reusable frameworks, and governance guidelines.
  • Support estimation, planning, and technical risk assessments.
