  • Team leadership and mentoring.
  • Resource planning and workload allocation.
  • Client stakeholder management.
  • Support transition and KT management.
  • Escalation handling and governance management.
  • Offshore-Onsite coordination.

Nice to Have

  • SAP S/4HANA PLM experience.
  • SAP Enterprise Product Development (EPD).
  • SAP Product Compliance knowledge.
  • SAP Engineering Control Center (ECTR).
  • CAD integrations (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
  • SAP Activate methodology exposure.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Manage L2/L3 SAP PLM support operations.
  • Resolve complex PLM production issues.
  • Lead RCA and problem management activities.
  • Coordinate transports and deployments.
  • Support business users across global regions.
  • Conduct monthly service reviews.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with MM, PP, QM, EHS, and technical teams for issue resolution.
