Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • 3-7 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • Copilot Studio
    • AI Builder
    • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Understanding of Power Platform governance and administration.
  • Experience supporting business users and citizen developers.

Language Skills

  • French: B2/C1 level or above (mandatory)
  • English: Professional proficiency (mandatory)

Professional Skills

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Citizen Developer Enablement Conduct onboarding sessions for new Citizen Developers and Power Platform makers. Deliver training sessions, webinars, workshops, and hackathons in French and English. Provide best-practice guidance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder. Create and maintain learning materials, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
