Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll enhancement and maintenance activities.
• Analyze and document business requirements.
• Configure and test payroll changes.
• Perform impact assessments for regulatory and business-driven changes.
• Review payroll calculations and validation results.
• Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with integration, technical, and payroll operations teams.
• Assist with defect investigation and root cause analysis.
• Support end-to-end testing and deployment activities.

Maintain solution documentation and knowledge transfer materials

Skill Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• Strong experience supporting Peru Payroll.
• Expertise in:
• Payroll Schemas
• PCRs
• Wage Type Configuration
• Payroll Posting
• Retro Calculations
• Absence and Leave Impacts on Payroll
• Statutory and Regulatory Payroll Processes
• Experience troubleshooting payroll calculation issues.
• Strong payroll reconciliation knowledge.

Experience supporting enhancement and support projects.

Other Requirements

• SAP S/4HANA Payroll environments.
• Global payroll support experience.

Knowledge of payroll integrations and interfaces.
