Job Summary

Payroll Consultant (Mexico) Sr Functional consultant - 

• Analyze payroll enhancement requests and business requirements.
• Design and implement payroll configuration changes.
• Support payroll schema, PCR, and wage type modifications.
• Assess impacts to upstream and downstream integrations.
• Participate in requirement gathering workshops.
• Create functional specifications and support technical development activities.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and defect resolution.
• Support SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Runs, and Production Validation.
• Assist with payroll compliance updates and statutory changes.
• Collaborate with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• Strong expertise in SAP Mexico Payroll.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Payroll Schemas
• PCR Development
• Wage Types
• Retroactive Accounting
• Off-Cycle Payroll Processing
• Payroll Posting
• Tax and Statutory Processing
• Experience supporting payroll enhancements and production support.
• Strong payroll testing and reconciliation experience.

Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues.
