Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, implement, and support SAP HCM solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
  • Configuration & Customization:
  • Configure SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll) as per business needs.
  • Implement enhancements and customizations using SAP best practices.
  • Integration:
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP HCM with other SAP modules (FI/CO) and third-party systems.
  • Testing & Documentation:
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and conduct unit/integration testing.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve defects.
  • Support & Maintenance:
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP HCM issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement fixes proactively.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer:
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
  • Project Management:
  • Participate in SAP HCM upgrade/migration projects and ensure timely delivery.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules:
  • Personnel Administration (PA)
  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Time Management
  • Payroll
  • Experience in ESS/MSS and integration with SAP Portal.
  • Understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to write functional specifications and work with ABAP developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  •  

Other Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.

SAP HCM certification preferred.

  • Experience in SAP HCM implementation and support projects.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors or SAP HCM cloud solutions is an added advantage.
