Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide planning solutions using the Anaplan platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable models supporting financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Gather and analyze business requirements across planning domains such as financial planning, revenue forecasting, and workforce planning
  2. Design and build scalable Anaplan models, modules, dashboards, and workflows
  3. Translate complex business scenarios into Anaplan-based planning and forecasting solutions
  4. Perform data integration with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse)
  5. Lead or support end-to-end Anaplan implementations, including design, build, testing, and deployment
  6. Optimize existing models for performance, usability, and scalability
  7. Coordinate with business users, finance teams, and IT stakeholders for solution alignment
  8. Support UAT, training, and post-go-live support
  9. Ensure adherence to Anaplan best practices and governance standards

Skill Requirements

3–8+ years of experience in Anaplan or related EPM toolsHands-on experience with multiple end-to-end Anaplan implementations 

Strong expertise in:

  • Model building (lists, modules, formulas, UX dashboards)
  • Forecasting and planning processes
  • Scenario-based modeling and analysis

Knowledge of planning areas such as:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
  • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Workforce planning

Experience integrating Anaplan with systems like Oracle, SAP, or data platforms

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
