Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Tech Upgrade Consultant – Temenos Transact (T24) to lead and support Temenos Transact technical upgrade and modernization initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing upgrades of Temenos Transact environments, including application, database, middleware, interfaces, and associated technical components while ensuring minimal business disruption and compliance with banking standards

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Temenos Transact (T24) upgrade projects across various releases.
• Assess existing T24 environments and perform gap analysis for target versions.
• Prepare upgrade strategy, implementation plans, rollback plans, and cutover activities.
• Execute Transact technical upgrades, patches, hot fixes, and environment migrations.
• Perform compatibility assessments for interfaces, local developments, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Analyze and remediate impact on Core Banking modules and customized developments.
• Coordinate with Temenos Product, Infrastructure, DBA, Middleware, Development, and Testing teams.
• Support upgrading related components such as:
• TAFJ / TAFC
• JBoss / WebSphere / WebLogic
• Oracle Database
• Temenos Data Hub
• Temenos Integration Framework (TIF)
• Temenos Payments
• Temenos Infinity integrations
• Execute installation, configuration, deployment, and environment validation activities.
• Support SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Production cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot upgrade issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and change management standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and knowledge transfer materials.

• Strong experience in Temenos Transact (T24) upgrades and technical implementation.
• Hands-on experience with TAFJ and/or TAFC architecture.
• Knowledge of Temenos release migration and upgrade methodologies.
• Experience in Transact environment setup, deployment, and configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Temenos Technical Certification preferred.
• Experience in Banking and Financial Services projects.
