Lead Consultant(Product/Domain)

Job Summary

Experience 

8–12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24/Transact testing. 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and change requests for Temenos T24 applications. 

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for T24 modules. 

  • Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support. 

  • Validate T24 configurations, interfaces, and workflows across banking systems. 

  • Test integrations between T24 and external systems such as payment gateways, AML, CRM, Treasury, and Middleware applications. 

  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. 

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. 

  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide testing estimations and risk assessments. 

  • Support release validation and production verification activities. 

  • Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and test metrics. 

Skill Requirements

Required Skills 

  • Strong experience in Temenos T24/Transact testing. 

  • Good understanding of core banking processes and banking products. 

  • Experience in modules such as: 

  • Customer 

  • Accounts 

  • Deposits 

  • Loans & Lending 

  • Funds Transfer 

  • Payments 

  • Trade Finance 

  • Treasury (preferred) 

  • Knowledge of T24 architecture, Version Upgrade testing, and customization validation. 

  • Experience working with jBASE, TAFJ, or related T24 environments. 

  • Strong SQL skills for backend data validation. 

  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps. 

  • Understanding of API and interface testing. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Automation testing experience using Selenium, Tosca, or similar tools. 

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. 

  • Exposure to Temenos Infinity, TAP, or Temenos Payment Hub is an advantage. 

  • ISTQB certification preferred. 

Other Requirements

Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 

Domain Experience 

  • Banking and Financial Services, preferably Core Banking Transformation or Temenos implementation projects.
