Job Summary

Assess the PLM-relevant simplification items, run the Readiness Check and review ATC findings, then define remediation for each one.Make sure the material master, BOMs (EBOM/MBOM), routings, classification and characteristics stay consistent through the conversion.Validate Engineering Change Management (ECM), change numbers, revision levels and Document Management (DMS) after conversion.Support Variant Configuration, including the move from LO-VC to the S/4HANA approach where it applies.Work with the PP, MM, QM, CO and SD leads on downstream impacts (costing, production, planning and procurement).Check whether CAD/PLM integrations such as Teamcenter are affected and coordinate any changes with the integration team. Prepare test scenarios, then run unit testing and regression for PLM processes and support SIT and UAT.Support data checks and reconciliation across mock conversions and the cutover.Deliver documentation, KT and hypercare support for the PLM scope.

Skill Requirements

At least 1 SAP PLM implementation or conversion projects on ECC or S/4HANA.Strong hands-on skills in BOMs, ECM, DMS, classification and the material master.Good understanding of brownfield S/4HANA conversion, simplification items and post-conversion activities.Working knowledge of how PLM integrates with PP, MM, CO and QM.
