Job Summary

  • Module Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Guided Buying, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), and Contract Management.  
  • Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of source-to-pay (S2P) and procure-to-pay (P2P) cycles for indirect goods and services.
  • Technical Basics: Ability to read CIF/PunchOut catalog files, understand API/web service logs, and review master data (suppliers, cost centers, accounting).
  • Communication: Strong client-facing skills to lead design discussions and manage stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation: Lead business blueprint design and map indirect procurement processes to SAP Ariba solutions.
  • Configuration: Set up Buyer, Invoicing, Guided Buying, and Sourcing modules based on client needs.
  • Integration: Work with technical teams to link SAP Ariba with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite.
  • Troubleshooting Skills: Resolve Tier-2 and Tier-3 tickets, troubleshoot workflow errors, and fix master data issues.
  • User Training: Conduct workshops and write user guides for internal buyers and suppliers.
  • Individual contributor and should have very strong hands-on experience
