Job Summary

Required experienced SAP Manufacturing Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP manufacturing solutions that optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Manufacturing modules, production planning, shop floor integration, and manufacturing business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP manufacturing solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with client independently
  • Configure, implement, and support SAP Manufacturing modules such as:
    • SAP PP (Production Planning)
    • SAP MES / SAP Digital Manufacturing
    • SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence)
    • SAP QM (Quality Management)
    • SAP EWM integration with manufacturing processes
  • Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing business processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, production teams, and IT teams to define system requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
  • Support shop floor automation and integration with production equipment.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
  • Conduct user training and create process documentation.
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation and manufacturing modernization project & processes..

Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 9+ years of SAP Manufacturing consulting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PP and manufacturing execution processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing solutions.
  • Understanding of production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and shop floor operations.
  • Experience in SAP implementation lifecycles, including blueprinting, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing integrations using SAP MII, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or MES systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Other Requirements

  • Added advantage if a candidate having SAP Certification in SAP Production Planning (PP) or SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing.
  • Experience in discrete or process manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0, IoT, and smart factory initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP, integration technologies, and cloud-based manufacturing solutions.
  • Experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
