Lead Consultant(Product/Domain)

Job Summary

To develop and deliver detailed solutions/product as per the requirements of the client within defined parameters of time and quality. 

We are seeking an experienced Appian Technical Lead to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade business process automation solutions using the Appian low-code platform. The candidate will lead end-to-end application delivery, work closely with business stakeholders, mentor development teams, and drive scalable, high-performance Appian implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of Appian applications.Analyze business requirements and translate them into Appian solutions.Develop and maintain SAIL interfaces, process models, records, reports, expression rules, and integrations.Design and implement integrations with external systems, databases, REST APIs, and SOAP web services.Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and enforce Appian development best practices.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.Support Agile delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and stakeholder communication.Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and application governance.Manage testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.Collaborate with business users, architects, QA teams, and project managers for successful project delivery.

Other Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Appian Certified Senior Developer or Lead Developer certification preferred.
Certification: Appian Certified Developer / Senior Developer Preferred.
