Job Summary
The Senior SAP SD/LE Consultant (L3) will serve as the functional lead for SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes within the Reckitt SAP landscape. The role will be responsible for ensuring stable application operations, leading complex incident and problem resolution, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting business transformation programs across Order-to-Cash and Logistics processes.
The consultant will partner with Reckitt business stakeholders, process owners, supply chain teams, and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and efficient SAP solutions supporting global sales, delivery, shipping, transportation, warehouse, and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD & LE Functional Leadership
- Act as the primary L3 functional expert for SAP SD and Logistics Execution.
- Provide leadership for complex incidents, problem investigations, and major service disruptions.
- Ensure stability, performance, and compliance of SAP Order-to-Cash processes.
- Drive root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
Application Support & Operations
- Manage L3 support activities across global SAP production environments.
- Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management processes.
- Review and approve functional specifications and solution designs.
- Coordinate closely with ABAP, Basis, Integration, and business teams.
Order-to-Cash Process Support
- Support and optimize:
- Customer Master Data
- Sales Order Processing
- Pricing and Discounts
- Availability Check (ATP)
- Delivery Processing
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns Management
- Credit Management
- Intercompany Sales
Logistics Execution Support
- Support SAP LE processes including:
- Outbound Delivery Management
- Picking, Packing, and Goods Issue
- Shipment Processing
- Transportation Planning
- Warehouse Integration
- Handling Units
- Route Determination
- Logistics Monitoring
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process harmonization and automation.
- Participate in SAP transformation and enhancement initiatives.
- Support SAP S/4HANA readiness and migration activities.
- Drive process improvements aligned with Reckitt business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders.
- Participate in governance meetings and operational reviews.
- Provide functional guidance to offshore and support teams.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Other Requirements
Required Experience
- 8-12 years of SAP SD/LE experience.
- Minimum 3 years in an L3 support or lead consultant role.
- Strong experience supporting global SAP environments.
- Experience managing major incidents and complex problem investigations.
- Experience with SAP AMS delivery models.
- Exposure to consumer goods, FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain operations is highly desirable.
