Lead Consultant(Product/Domain)

Job Summary

Provides senior-level support for Oracle Transportation Management, keeping shipment planning, tendering, and freight settlement processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for the OTM application
  • Troubleshoot issues in shipment planning, tendering, and freight settlement
  • Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and interfaces within OTM
  • Support configuration changes and minor enhancements
  • Work with logistics/business teams to resolve functional issues
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring OTM incidents
  • Ensure SLA compliance for OTM support tickets
  • Maintain support documentation and knowledge base

Skill Requirements

  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Transportation Management
  • Understanding of transportation/logistics processes (planning, execution, freight audit)
  • Experience with OTM integrations (EDI/APIs) to ERP/WMS systems
  • SQL skills for data troubleshooting
  • Experience with ITIL-based support processes

Other Requirements

  • OTM certification
  • Experience in an FMCG/CPG supply chain environment
