Job Summary

SAP ABAP Lead (Band E2.2)

Key Responsibilities

  • 7 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, with atleast 3 years in S/4 HANA environment in Lead capacity.
  • Own technical solution designs, effort estimations, and architecture specs for complex WRICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) objects.
  • Build and review advanced developments using ABAP OO, Core Data Services (CDS) views, AMDP, OData services, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
  • Deep command of Object-Oriented ABAP, enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits), ALE/IDocs, and Adobe/Smartforms is required
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (SAP Joule, Cursor or similar tools) is an advantage
  • Strong exposure to integration technologies: IDocs, BAPIs, Web Services
  • Proven track record of mentoring junior developers, estimating project workloads, and managing stakeholder communications.
  • Holding active SAP Certifications will be an advantage
