Job Summary

We are seeking a Solution Engineer to lead the Stage 2 analysis of the Certificate of Conformity (COC) process. This project follows a strategic shift at Renault Trucks, bringing the responsibility for all legal documentation of modified vehicles back in-house (previously handled by external partners). The objective is to analyze the global impacts on the product and system landscape, and to ensure compliance with evolving legal and homologation requirements. You will work closely with product teams and stakeholders to enable the business to autonomously generate COC Stage 2 documents. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to gather and analyze business requirements and specifications. • Define and document technical solutions that meet legal and regulatory needs for COC Stage 2. • Draw and maintain data flow diagrams for complex systems related to vehicle modification and certification. • Ensure that the proposed solution complies with architecture guidelines, technical standards, and quality requirements. • Identify dependencies and propose the most efficient service-oriented solutions to meet homologation objectives. • Support the team in exposing services and enabling tools to facilitate COC generation. • Document, track, and update requirements as the project evolves. • Ensure the use of approved platforms, tools, and integration methods in accordance with enterprise IT strategies. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in solution engineering or system analysis in a complex enterprise environment. • Strong capability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions. • Proficient in data modeling, system flows, and integration mapping. • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and standard IT tools and platforms. • Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and quality compliance in the automotive or manufacturing industry. • Experience documenting technical and functional specifications. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. Nice to Have: • Knowledge of vehicle registration, homologation, or modification regulations. • Prior experience working on automotive compliance systems or certification documentation flows.
