As a Solution Consultant IT for SAP Fieldglass in the area of Contingency Workforce, you will be responsible for delivering SAP Fieldglass solutions to support our business processes and requirements. You will:
• Maximize the business value and vision of the SAP Fieldglass solution
• Provide functional expertise in configuring the identified business processes according to best practices
• Define functional requirements for required integrations or specific solution developments
• Capture business needs and lead the requirement management process, investigation and coordination in pre-studies, projects, programs and pre-studies
• Evaluate and recommend solutions/ way forward /options
• Ensure applicable IT security directive is followed for the service
• Facilitate global workshops cross site
• Execute trainings together with process and solution key user and Business Process Developer
Key Responsibilities
Who are you?
• University/Master’s degree in informatics or equivalent
• Preferred with Software Development background
• 3+ years of working experience
• Well versed in the Agile methodology – SCRUM and SAFE – and ways of working
• Work experience in the Purchasing area would be preferred
• Strong influencing skills, sound methodical skills with attention to details and process requirements
• Agile learner with ability to promote the benefits of the solution
• Good understanding of how to balance business needs and prioritization
• Ability to work with stakeholders and share best practices and business knowledge
• Strong communication skills and capacity to own and participate in stakeholder forums
• Accustomed to suggest and drive continuous improvement and innovation activities
• Comfortable with expressing disagreement and sharing and receiving constructive feedback
• Documented expertise with Fieldglass solution configuration and integration setup, not as end user, as an Administrator of the solution, member of an internal IT team
• Familiarity with development and deployment of AI solutions in SAAS application contexts
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and related
• Fluency in English is mandatory, Portuguese is preferred as this position is supporting communication to various Brazilian teams and stakeholders in the context of deployment, hypercare and continuous support to a site that has difficulties with the English language
