Location: Offshore – Noida
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to support the BRIM Archiving Project in an offshore delivery model. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis, requirement gathering, and mapping business needs to SAP BRIM archiving solutions, while working closely with SAP Basis and technical teams to ensure correct system setup and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional analysis and requirement gathering related to SAP BRIM data archiving and retention needs.
- Map business requirements to SAP BRIM functional components and archiving objects.
- Work closely with SAP Basis teams to align functional requirements with system architecture and technical constraints.
- Support design discussions for archiving strategy, retention policies, and execution planning.
- Prepare functional specifications, mapping documents, and design artifacts for archiving activities.
- Coordinate with technical and ILM teams during archiving configuration, testing, and execution.
- Support SIT, UAT, and validation activities, including defect analysis and resolution.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and retention requirements.
- Participate in offshore–onsite coordination calls and provide regular status updates.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in SAP with hands‑on exposure as a SAP BRIM Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience in functional analysis, requirement mapping, and documentation.
- Good understanding of SAP BRIM architecture (FI‑CA, CI, CM exposure preferred).
- Working knowledge of SAP Basis concepts including system landscapes, transports, and archiving execution support.
- Experience collaborating with technical, Basis, and integration teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to SAP ILM / data archiving projects.
- Experience in media, utilities, or subscription‑based billing environments.
- Prior offshore delivery experience supporting onsite stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

3. To coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective deliver of client specific solution

5. To cultivate successful customer relationships
