Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and enhance HR processes.

- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and LMS.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide end-to-end support for SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Deliver training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and LMS.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with system configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
