Lead Consultant(Development)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Experience Cloud Functional Consultant to work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to design and implement insight‑driven digital experiences on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in design workshops to gather and finalize business requirements
  • Analyze business processes and map them to Experience Cloud solutions
  • Define user journeys, data models, and content integration requirements
  • Prepare functional requirements, specifications, and process documentation
  • Collaborate closely with developers and client stakeholders throughout delivery
  • Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrum, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud
  • Experience in business analysis and functional documentation
  • Agile / Scrum delivery experience
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

1. To design and develop new tools as per the client’s requirements and/ customize the existing tools.
2. To lead the technical design , ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices, while determining the optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations to support business processes.
3. To prepare capability presentations| assessments| proposal preparation.
4. To coordinate project management related activities like creating project plans, allocating resources, and coordinating activities among team members and stakeholders.
5. To support the professional growth and development of the consulting team members by training, and mentorship.
