Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors modules in SAP S/4HANA environments. The candidate will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and global best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Compensation.
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions.
Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and third-party systems.
Support data migration, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
Work with stakeholders, business users, and cross-functional teams.
Provide production support and resolve incidents.
Ensure compliance with global/local HR processes and regulations.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have Skills
6–8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
Strong hands-on experience in Employee Central
At least 2 end-to-end implementations
Experience in integrations (SFAPI, OData, CPI/BTP)
Knowledge of HR business processes
S/4HANA or ECC integration exposure
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience in additional modules (LMS, Succession)
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors
Exposure to global implementations
Knowledge of data migration tools and reporting
Experience with SAP BTP Integration
