Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior RPA Bot Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to spearhead the architecture, development, and scaling of our enterprise automation pipeline. In this role, you will act as the technical authority for our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform, transforming manual, complex business processes into highly stable, secure automated workflows.
You will lead the engineering lifecycle, establish development guardrails, manage infrastructure scaling, and orchestrate bot deployments across the entire enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Bot Engineering
Automation Architecture: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end, high-performance automated solutions using leading enterprise RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
Advanced Scripting: Write clean, scalable code and leverage advanced programming concepts (such as .NET, C#, Python, VB.NET, or Java) to handle complex manipulation of unstructured data and custom API integrations.
Resilient Logic: Engineer sophisticated exception-handling mechanisms, retry frameworks, and state machines to minimize production downtime and human intervention.

Platform Infrastructure & Governance
Control Center Orchestration: Manage and configure enterprise-level Orchestrators, Control Rooms, or Control Towers to optimize asset allocation, queue distribution, credentials, and schedule balancing.
Standards & Guardrails: Establish code-review protocols, reusable component libraries, standard logging practices, and development frameworks to ensure uniformity across the automation footprint.
Security & Compliance: Implement stringent bot security structures, credential vaulting, and role-based access controls (RBAC) in compliance with enterprise security and data privacy mandates.Operations, Monitoring & DevOps
CI/CD Pipelines: Set up automated code migration, testing frameworks, and version control structures (such as Git, SVN, or DevOps pipelines) for bot lifecycles.
Performance Optimization: Diagnose bot log failures, troubleshoot environment bottlenecks, perform deep debugging, and continuously tune bot transaction speeds.
Hypercare Support: Oversee the hypercare period post-deployment, maintaining high availability for business-critical automated operations.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering and enterprise process automation.
Platform Mastery: At least 4 years of deep architecture and development experience specifically within UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in programming/scripting (C#, .NET, Python), relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL), and API structures (REST/SOAP).
Certifications: Advanced developer or solution architect certification in a major RPA platform is highly preferred.
Project History: Proven track record of architecting and deploying at least 15–20 complex bots into stable production environments.
