Job Summary

SAP PPM-EPPM Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end SAP PPM/EPPM functional stream across Portfolio, Project and Resource Management with tight integration to PS/CO and HR.
  • Lead fit-to-standard and design workshops: Portfolio structure, item types, project types, resource pools, scoring models, workflows.
  • Own backlog/roadmap for EPPM; manage scope, change requests, and dependency map with PMO.
  • Configure Portfolio/Item/Project templates, financial planning versions, resource management and staffing.
  • Design integrations with S/4HANA PS, CO, FI, HR (HCM/SF), and middleware (PI/CPI).
  • Define authorizations and Fiori enablement for PPM roles; align with Security.
  • Plan and execute SIT/UAT; own EPPM cutover (portfolio items, resource pools, mappings).
  • Mentor consultants; manage functional risks, RAID, and decision log.

Skill Requirements

  • Deep SAP PPM 6.x / S/4HANA EPPM, Resource Mgmt, Financial Planning
  • Cross-functional knowledge: PS/WBS/Networks, CO, HR, CPI/PI
  • Fiori Launchpad, analytics exposure (CDS/BW/Power BI)
  • Stakeholder facilitation, storytelling, and documentation

Other Requirements

8–12+ years with 2–3 full-cycle PPM/EPPM implementations.
