Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Inhouse Consultant (extended) Warehouse & Material Management ((e)WM/MM) to join our India‑based SAP Application Management Services team.

This role focuses on ensuring stable logistics operations, driving enhancements, supporting global warehouse and procurement processes, and enabling continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA (e)WM & MM processes in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure end‑to‑end business operations (L3 support) for SAP Schedule‑to‑Fulfill (S2F), Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) logistics processes
• Analyze, process and resolve incidents, problems and service requests in the SAP (e)WM/MM environment
• Create functional and technical specifications and maintain solution, process and test documentation
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective and preventive measures
• Plan and implement change requests, enhancements and continuous improvements for (e)WM/MM processes
• Ensuring all changes are executed within a validated, GxP‑regulated SAP environment, including documentation of test evidence, risk assessments and quality approvals
• Configure and enhance SAP (e)WM and MM components, including inbound/outbound logistics, goods issue/goods receipt, putaway, picking, warehouse tasks, physical inventory, and material master‑related processes, etc.
• Optimize warehouse structures, storage types, replenishment, stock strategies and RF‑based execution
• Advise business stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA Logistics, Warehouse Management capabilities and Clean‑Core‑aligned standard solutions
• Ensure seamless module integration with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO and connected warehouse/logistics applications
• Collaborate with ABAP and Fiori teams for enhancements, bug‑fixes and technical implementations
• Support functional and automated regression testing in collaboration with test automation teams
• Support SAP rollouts, upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement of logistics applications
• Contribute to AMS projects following agile and classical project management methodologies
• Support lifecycle management of the SAP S/4HANA (e)WM/MM landscape
• Coordinate external service providers for development, configuration and operational support tasks

Skill Requirements

Qualification:

• > 5 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Execution / Logistics ((e)WM/MM) ,
  incl. > 1 year of experience working in a validated GxP SAP environment with strong focus on documentation, CSV/CSA & regulatory compliance
• Hands-on exposure to SAP S/4HANA (e)WM/MM simplifications and Fiori
• Basic understanding of ABAP/4, ABAP OO, and SAP Fiori concepts, enhancements, and debugging
• Experience in agile and classical project delivery models
• Experience as a (sub) project manager is desirable
• Team player with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines
• Ability to quickly understand complex processes and issues, with strong communication skills
• Experience in business consulting, demand management, and service provider management is an advantage
• Knowledge and initial experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is desirable
