Job Summary
Responsible for defining and driving the quality strategy across enterprise-grade software platforms, ensuring the delivery of robust, high-performing, and secure digital products. Operating in a complex ecosystem of mobile applications, APIs, partner integrations, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure, the role provides leadership over functional, regression, integration, and non functional testing practices. This role oversees the end-to-end QA lifecycle from test planning and automation to release governance and defect tracking while embedding shift-left practices within Agile and DevOps workflows. The Senior QA Manager leads cross-functional QA teams, collaborates closely with engineering, product, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, and ensures quality gates are met at every phase of delivery. Beyond execution, the ideal candidate brings a balance of technical depth and managerial acumen, with a proven track record in quality automation, platform migration readiness (e.g., on-prem to Azure), and DR validation, backed by strong governance in defect management and production observability. Your contributions will accelerate time-to-market while strengthening operational maturity and platform reliability across Group and OPCO-level initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation & Engineering • Strong background in test automation frameworks, performance testing, and regression management • Solid background in building and maintaining test automation frameworks for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions • Prior leadership in enforcing shift-left QA practices, quality gate definitions, and cross-team collaboration with developers, DevOps, and product owners • Experienced with tools like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Postman, and observability platforms such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, App Center Application & API Testing • Hands-on experience in testing mobile apps and APIs • Competence in managing test data, mocking/stubbing services, and ensuring environment consistency across test cycles QA Strategy & Leadership • Ability to lead quality governance, define SLA/SLO-based defect handling policies, and track quality metrics aligned to business impact • Previous involvement in DR validation, cloud cutovers, or platform migrations preferred • Experience leading testing strategy for infrastructure transitions, including platform cutovers, DR failovers, and performance scaling scenarios Cloud & Infrastructure QA • Proven experience overseeing QA in cloud-based or hybrid infrastructure environments • Proven success managing QA across hybrid cloud infrastructures, including on-prem to Azure migrations and Disaster Recovery readiness validation
