We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst - SAP SD/CS Functional with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD and CS modules, supporting business operations, and delivering enhancements that improve Order-to-Cash and Customer Service processes. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.

SAP SD Functional Support

• Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
  • Customer Master
  • Material Master
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Pricing & Condition Techniques
  • Deliveries and Shipping
  • Billing and Invoicing
  • Returns Management
  • Credit Management
• Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.

SAP CS Functional Support

• Configure and support Customer Service processes including:
  • Service Notifications
  • Service Orders
  • Equipment Master
  • Functional Locations
  • Warranty Management
  • Service Contracts
  • Installed Base Management
• Support service lifecycle management and after-sales service processes.

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business users.

Configuration & Development Support

• Perform SAP ECC configuration and customization activities.
• Create Functional Specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Work closely with ABAP developers on enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Review technical designs and validate delivered solutions.
