Long-Term Incentive (LTI) / Equity Administration Specialist, someone who understands stock plans, RSUs, PSUs, vesting, equity platforms, taxation, payroll coordination, and executive compensation operations. This is a niche Total Rewards role and not a standard SuccessFactors consultant position.

- Experience supporting executive and senior leadership populations
Experience coordinating equity providers, payroll, tax, finance, and HR stakeholders

Strong candidates should understand:
- Equity payroll interfaces
- Tax treatment of equity awards
- Vesting reports
- IFRS 2 reporting support
- International mover scenarios
- Share withholding
- Net settlement
- Recharge reporting

SuccessFactors Exposure
The profile should have:
- SuccessFactors Compensation experience
- Nomination worksheet configuration
- Employee Central data knowledge
- Data uploads and validations
The role is not primarily a SuccessFactors configuration role, but the person should understand the ecosystem

- Certified Equity Professional (CEP)
