Job Summary

•HCM specialist responsible for SAP Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors support at Anglo American Peru
•Covers Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and SuccessFactors Employee Central
•Acts as primary functional contact for HR and People & Culture stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 support for SAP HCM: Payroll (PY), Time (PT), PA and OM
•Support SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) configuration and maintenance
•Perform payroll run support: pre-payroll checks, schema troubleshooting and off-cycle runs
•Maintain Time Management objects: work schedules, absence quotas and time evaluation schemas
•Develop functional specifications for HCM ABAP enhancements (wage types, schemas, PCRs)

Skill Requirements

•SAP HCM (PY, PT, PA, OM) – S/4HANA 5+ years
•SuccessFactors Employee Central + ECP integration (Desired)
•Peruvian payroll legislation (SUNAT, AFP, PLAME, CTS, Gratificaciones, Utilidades, )
•Spanish (native) / English (basic conversations)
