Job Summary

Master Data Governance Role (SAP MDG)

Role purpose

The Senior SAP MDG Consultant will provide L3 ownership for master data governance and mdg hub. The role will support transition into service, stabilise operations and act as a senior point of resolution within the assigned scope.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Provide L3 functional support for SAP Master Data Governance processes and hub services.
  • Investigate workflow, validation, derivation, replication and data-quality issues.
  • Coordinate with data owners, application teams and integration teams on remediation.
  • Design and test approved governance and configuration changes.
  • Maintain data model, workflow, interface and operational documentation.

Required capability

  • SAP MDG functional and configuration expertise
  • Governed master-data workflows and data-quality controls
  • Replication and integration concepts
  • Structured analysis and engagement with data owners

Other Requirements

Recommended experience and qualifications

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience .
  • Demonstrable production support, incident/problem management and controlled change delivery in an enterprise environment.
  • Relevant product certification .
  • Strong written and verbal communication, documentation discipline and ability to work across business, technical and vendor teams.
